Trailblazer mentorship provides a framework so that each mentor can focus on their mentees’ goals and needs across a minimum of three meetings. The mentors can be anyone in the trailblazer community with min one year of Salesforce experience.
What Is Trailblazer Mentorship?
Trailblazer Mentorship is a core Trailblazer Connect program it will match mentors with mentees within the Trailblazer Community. It empowers you and helps mentees to connect to opportunities to land their dream job in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Application Tips for Trailblazer Mentorship Program:
Tips for you to complete your mentorship application:
- Mentor Circle matches are mostly made based on the country you are living in.
- 1:1 Match based on your region.
- You can apply to other countries but keep in mind that you might be in a mentor circle with individuals from other countries.
- If you are participating in any specific programs, you can indicate that. However, it may delay your matching pending the availability of mentors/mentees from the same program.
- The mentors circle mentorship journey will run every three months.
Mentor Circles
Start your Salesforce journey with guidance from a mentor and a small group of peers who champion your career goals. You will learn new Salesforce skills, explore different career paths like CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, etc, and build your professional network.
One-on-One Mentorship
Work individually with a Trailblazer mentor on a professional skill development plan based on your personal career goals. You will update skills in your resume, prep for job interviews, and get feedback during mock interviews.
