Refund Policy

At Cloudely Inc, we value your commitment to our Digital Transformation Services, online training programs and Konfeeg services. To maintain the integrity of our offerings, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

Training Programs

  • All payments made for online training courses are non-refundable.
  • Training materials, once accessed or delivered, cannot be “returned,” hence refunds are not possible.
  • Our trainers, content creators, and platform costs are allocated in advance to ensure quality delivery, making refunds financially unfeasible.

ERP & Integration Services

  • Fees for ERP setup, SMS/WhatsApp integrations, and payment gateway activations are non-refundable once services are provisioned or activated.
  • These services involve third-party costs and resource commitments from day one.

Transfers & Substitutions

  • Instead of refunds, we may allow you to:
    • Transfer your training seat to another participant(referred by you) before the program starts.
    • Request a program reschedule (subject to availability of the next batch and approval).
  • ERP service fees are not transferable once provisioned.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments made due to technical errors.
  • Transaction failures where services were not delivered.
    In such cases, please write to hello@cloudely.com, within 7 working days of the payment.

Agreement

By enrolling in our programs or using our ERP services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
